Service availability is subject to personnel, equipment, and operational constraints.

2. We shall not be held liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by third parties during the provision of services, including but not limited to damage caused by other road users or external factors while recovering or transporting the vehicle.

3. In the event that a pricing error on the website is identified for any service, including those you may have ordered, we will reach out to inform you and confirm whether you wish to proceed with the service at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be considered cancelled.

4. Customers agree to indemnify and hold S B Recovery UK Ltd harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or legal fees arising from their use of our services or website.

5. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is legally compliant, including proper registration, insurance, and roadworthiness. We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle during the provision of our services.

6. Customers are expected to cooperate with our staff and provide accurate information regarding the location and condition of their vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service if customers act in an abusive or threatening manner, or if false information is provided.

7. S B Recovery UK Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, remove, or modify the Services and any content on this Website at any time and without prior notice.

8. Cancellations must be made within a specified period (48 hours) before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds are issued at the company's discretion and subject to service completion status.

9. All services must be paid for in full either before or immediately after completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to withhold services if payment is not received on time.

10. Any claims or disputes arising from our services must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service date. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
